1. DO WE USE ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PRODUCTS?
Yes. We use non-toxic, environmentally friendly Smol products. We do, however, use bleach where necessary, i.e. toilets and a diluted solution for mopping floors.
2. HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU NEED TO CLEAN MY HOME?
That depends on the size of your home, frequency of clean and your specific requirements, i.e. changing of bed linen, tiding, etc.
3. DO I NEED TO SIGN A CONTRACT?
No.
4. DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes, we are fully insured (Public and Employer’s Liability).
5. WILL I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR A CLEAN?
No. If you provide us with a key, you will receive a key safe-keeping document in return.
6. DO I HAVE TO SUPPLY CLEANING PRODUCTS AND/OR EQUIPMENT?
No. We bring all our own kit. However we may use your vacuum in addition to our own in certain circumstances.
7. CAN I BOOK A ONE-OFF CLEAN?

8. HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE PER HOUR?

9. HOW DO I GET A QUOTE?

10. WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE OPENING TIMES?
We are contactable by email and phone pretty much any time including weekends.
11. WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH A CLEAN?
We ask that you contact us immediately if there is an issue in order that we can remedy the situation as soon as possible.
12. HOW SOON CAN YOU START?
We like to visit you in your home before commencing a clean to discuss your requirements so that when we start, we’re fully instructed on what needs to be done. It usually takes no more than a few days to get started.
13. IS THERE A MINIMUM OF HOURS?
No.
14. WILL I GET THE SAME CLEANERS EVERY TIME?
Our team is small. We have one staff member dedicated to customer service and administration with currently 14 staff out in the field who will all be familiar with all our clients and their requirements. You will likely have between two and four in a team carrying out your cleaning.
